Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Catering Manager to oversee all culinary operations and client services for a prestigious event venue in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, IN . This pivotal role requires a blend of exceptional leadership, meticulous planning, and a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative menus, managing a diverse team of chefs, service staff, and event coordinators, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing innovative and profitable catering menus tailored to client needs and market trends. Overseeing all aspects of event execution, from initial client consultation to post-event analysis. Managing inventory, procurement, and cost control for all food and beverage supplies. Leading, training, and motivating a large catering team to achieve peak performance and deliver outstanding customer service. Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and secure new business. Budgeting and financial management, including P&L responsibility for the catering division. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers. Implementing and refining operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, culinary techniques, and service standards. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in catering management, preferably within a high-volume or luxury events environment. A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, event planning, and financial management is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are a must. A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of on-site leadership and flexibility.
