Event Production Manager

A premier entertainment company is looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to oversee all aspects of event execution. This role is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, IN and requires hands-on involvement. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all technical and logistical elements for a diverse range of events, including concerts, festivals, and corporate functions. Your duties will encompass budgeting, vendor negotiation, stage management, lighting and sound design, and ensuring seamless event flow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. You must possess strong leadership qualities and excellent communication abilities to effectively manage crews and stakeholders. Responsibilities include pre-event planning, on-site supervision, post-event debriefing, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. We are seeking an individual with a meticulous eye for detail, a passion for creating memorable experiences, and a deep understanding of event production technologies.
