Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration. Conduct thorough skin analysis to determine client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Administer chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized skincare procedures. Perform waxing services for face and body. Educate clients on skincare techniques and recommend personalized home care routines. Maintain client records, including treatment history and progress notes. Ensure a pristine and sanitary treatment environment at all times. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and product knowledge. Promote spa services, packages, and retail product sales. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Valid Esthetician license or certification recognized in the region. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician, preferably in a spa or salon setting. Proficiency in a wide range of facial and skincare treatments. Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and cosmetic ingredients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Ability to perform waxing services efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of spa software and appointment scheduling is a plus. A passion for beauty, wellness, and client satisfaction.
