Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive skin analyses to determine client needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Conduct a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and hydration therapies. Administer specialized treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and LED therapy. Provide hair removal services including waxing and threading. Educate clients on skincare and recommend suitable home care products and routines. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history and progress. Ensure a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms and the salon environment. Stay current with industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques in esthetics. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. Promote salon services and products to clients.

Qualifications

Valid Esthetician license or certification from a recognized institution. Proven experience as an Esthetician or Skin Therapist. In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments. Proficiency in performing various facial techniques and beauty procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client consultation and service. Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation protocols. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
