Esthetician - Advanced Skincare Specialist

As an Advanced Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of advanced facial treatments, skin analysis, and personalized skincare consultations to clients. You will utilize your expertise in various skincare techniques and product lines to help clients achieve their desired skin health and aesthetic goals. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive skin analysis using diagnostic tools and client consultations to assess skin type, condition, and concerns. Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens tailored to individual client needs. Administer a variety of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, masks, peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy. Educate clients on proper at-home skincare practices and product usage. Recommend and sell professional skincare products and treatment packages. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and purchase history. Ensure a pristine and sanitary treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and products in esthetics and skincare. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Assist in inventory management and maintaining stock of skincare products and treatment supplies. Collaborate with other spa professionals, such as massage therapists and nail technicians, to offer holistic client care. Promote spa services and special offers to enhance client experience and drive revenue. Continuously enhance technical skills through ongoing training and professional development. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the spa. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including service protocols and customer service standards.

Qualifications

Certification from an accredited Esthetics program. Valid state license to practice esthetics in the relevant region. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician, with experience in performing advanced facial treatments. Proficiency in skin analysis, product knowledge, and treatment protocols. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and skin conditions. Knowledge of various skincare ingredients and their effects. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. A passion for skincare and a commitment to client well-being. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience with specialized equipment (e.g., lasers, IPL) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong sales skills and experience in retail product sales.
