Corporate Legal Counsel

Our client, a prominent corporation, is seeking a seasoned Corporate Legal Counsel to join their esteemed legal department in Hyderabad, Telangana . This role requires a highly competent and experienced legal professional to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance on a wide range of corporate matters. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and service level agreements. Advising on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues will be a key part of your duties. You will also play a crucial role in managing litigation, dispute resolution, and intellectual property matters.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree or equivalent, along with a valid license to practice law. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate law, gained either in a law firm or in-house legal department, is required. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property law is essential. Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills are paramount. You must possess strong negotiation and communication abilities, with the capacity to provide clear and concise legal advice to senior management and business stakeholders.
