Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Outreach Program Manager to lead impactful initiatives in **Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IN**. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with diverse community groups, understanding their needs, and developing programs that foster social well-being and positive change. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating outreach strategies that enhance community engagement and support our client's mission. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive community outreach strategies to identify needs and connect individuals with relevant social services and support systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, government agencies, and residents. Design, coordinate, and manage community programs and events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and town hall meetings to gather feedback and foster dialogue. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and program staff. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting data and preparing reports on outcomes and impact. Serve as a primary point of contact for community inquiries and concerns. Advocate for community needs and represent the organization in relevant forums. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand program reach and impact. Ensure all programs are delivered in a culturally sensitive and inclusive manner. Stay informed about relevant social issues, policies, and best practices in community development and social care. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Community Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in community outreach, program management, social work, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful community programs. Strong understanding of community needs assessment and program evaluation methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse community populations. Experience in managing budgets and staff/volunteer teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or database management software. Knowledge of local resources and social services in the Indore region is advantageous.
