Community Engagement Coordinator - Non-Profit

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local businesses, schools, and other stakeholders. Represent the organization at community meetings, forums, and public events. Develop engaging communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and press releases, to highlight program successes and community impact. Identify potential partnership opportunities with other organizations to expand reach and enhance program delivery. Collect and analyze data on community engagement activities to measure impact and inform future strategies. Provide support and resources to community members participating in the organization's programs. Act as a liaison between the community and the organization, ensuring feedback is heard and addressed. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, volunteer management, or non-profit program coordination. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with diverse community groups. Excellent organizational and event planning skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Experience in developing and delivering engaging presentations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
