  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various projects and events.
  • Track and report on community engagement metrics and program effectiveness.
  • Identify and cultivate potential partnerships with corporate sponsors and grant-making bodies.
  • Represent the organization at virtual forums and networking events.
  • Respond to community inquiries and provide information about the organization's services and programs.
  • Stay informed about community needs and social issues relevant to the organization's mission.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community organizing, volunteer management, or non-profit program coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster relationships with diverse groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is essential.
  • A deep commitment to the values and mission of charitable organizations.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
