Job Description

Our client is a premier provider of community-based mental health services and is looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to oversee and enhance their therapeutic programs in Gurugram, Haryana, IN . This critical role involves providing leadership, clinical supervision, and direct therapeutic intervention to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will be a licensed mental health professional with a strong background in evidence-based practices and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and direction for the mental health services team. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities. Supervise and mentor junior therapists and case managers. Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement program policies and procedures. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including medical professionals and community agencies. Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making adjustments to treatment as needed. Contribute to program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Current and unrestricted license to practice as a therapist/clinician (e.g., M.S.W., Ph.D., Psy.D., LPC, LMFT). Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in mental health, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Extensive experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex cases and challenging client populations. Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment approaches. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health services.
