**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across various channels such as digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including ad copy, social media posts, blog articles, and website content.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development) and external agencies to maintain brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on results and insights.
  • Manage brand budgets efficiently and ensure proper allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the FMCG industry.
  • Contribute to brand strategy development and long-term brand planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.

  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
