The Agricultural Equipment Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural machinery, including tractors, combines, planters, and sprayers. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently. This role requires the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, harvesters, etc.). Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve problems. Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized workshop. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in Agricultural Mechanics, Diesel Technology, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience as an Agricultural Equipment Technician or similar role.
