Position Overview
We are seeking a Physiotherapist who is passionate about rehabilitation, movement health, and evidence‑based practice. You will work hand‑in‑hand with our physicians and allied health team, benefiting from a strong referral network and a consistently growing caseload.
This position offers flexibility with full‑time or part‑time scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and progressive rehabilitation programming
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinic staff to support integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional and regulatory standards
- Educate clients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and self‑management
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and client‑focused clinic culture
- Participate in interdisciplinary communication to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
- Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands‑on treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or manual therapy is an asset
