Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager

Location: West Downs The Heritage Resort, Ooty

About Us

West Downs The Heritage Resort is a charming heritage property in the heart of Ooty, known for its warm hospitality and premium guest experience. We are looking for an experienced and passionate F&B; Manager to lead our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of restaurant, room service, and banquet functions.

Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

Plan and manage menus in coordination with the kitchen team.

Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.

Train, supervise, and motivate F&B; staff to deliver excellent service.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per regulations.

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

Work closely with sales and events team for banquets and special occasions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

3–6 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in resorts or hotels.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Positive knowledge of food safety standards and cost control.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
