Barman/waiter Ooty

Job Title: Barman Location: West Downs The Heritage Resort, Ooty About Us: West Downs The Heritage Resort is a premium heritage property in Ooty known for its elegant ambiance and exceptional guest service. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barman to join our F&B; team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes. Ensure bar setup is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations. Maintain hygiene, safety, and legal standards for alcohol service. Monitor inventory and assist in stock control and ordering. Handle cash/POS transactions accurately. Create a welcoming and engaging bar experience for guests. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a Barman/Bartender in a hotel, resort, or bar. Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Well-groomed with a skilled attitude.
