Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in scaling D2C brands, managing high-budget campaigns, leading teams, driving client growth, and handling client escalations professionally.

The ideal candidate should have a strong strategic mindset, hands-on experience across paid media platforms, and proven experience in delivering measurable business growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance marketer with a proven track record in building, managing, overseeing, and strategizing performance marketing campaigns from scratch, resulting in consistent revenue growth.
  • Expertise in scaling campaigns across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google to maximize reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with D2C clients, acting as the point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, marketing strategies, and growth goals to develop tailored performance marketing strategies.
  • Drive growth and scaling for client accounts through data-driven marketing initiatives and strategic campaign optimization.
  • Handle and manage client escalations professionally, ensuring smooth communication, problem resolution, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and overall business impact.
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive measurable results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, providing strategic guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Manage team productivity, campaign delivery timelines, and performance standards across multiple client accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, content, and tech for seamless campaign execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients by providing regular updates, performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with clients’ objectives, budgets, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on D2C brands and client growth.
  • Previous experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in team handling, leadership, and managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong experience in handling client communication, account growth, and escalation management.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling campaigns and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other marketing analytics platforms.
