Wesley Secure Care is a non-profit, mission-driven Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) program dedicated to supporting MD adults age 60+ to thrive in the own homes. We offer several membership options to coordinate care and services as well as personal, individualized assessments for home care services and long or short transitions to assisted living, memory care, and continuing care retirement communities. We can also arrange a variety of services to assisted with caring for the house, transportation, pet care, and more. Our programs provide security and asset protection for peace of mind so members can enjoy life in their own way and on their own terms.
Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team on-site in Towson, MD or in a hybrid role. The individual will support the sales team by promoting inquiries using social and digital media, website updates in WordPress, E-newsletters in MailChimp, and direct mail campaigns. The Assistant will support Sales, the Care Coordinator, and the CEO by answering and recording inquiries, coordinating events, assisting with networking, and some daily operations tasks including basic QuickBook entries.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Experience in social media, digital marketing, e-newsletters, website revisions, and basic graphic design.
- Skilled in computer tasks and basic office machines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and contribute to client and member-focused solutions
- Proficiency in using software CRMs, Microsoft365, and tools such as QuickBooks, Canva, and WordPress is desired.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Prior experience serving older adults is highly desirable.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
- Able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Must be able to drive to networking events and networking meetings.
- Hourly position with some flexibility preferred.
