Sparks Group and a viral, e-commerce-driven company in Gaithersburg, MD have partnered to find a driven, skilled, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce Growth) who will own and scale revenue across paid media and digital channels. This is a builder role, not just strategy. You’ll be in the platforms daily, launching campaigns, testing creative, and optimizing performance in real time. This is a hybrid role that will require you to work onsite in Gaithersburg, MD 1-2 days a week.
Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce Growth) Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue cross Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, Pinterest, SNAP Ads, Email/SMS Marketing, and Etsy.
- Set and manage budgets with ROI-focused planning.
- Analyze trends, track KPIs, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Oversee and lead the digital marketing asset creation for the company, including product content creation, photography, video and editing.
- Manage and grow social media presence.
- Report performance regularly and suggest continuous improvements.
Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce Growth) Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, e-commerce or DTC required.
- Proven success scaling paid social and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience executing, not just managing agencies or strategy.
- Experienced in digital marketing asset creation.
- Strong mix of creative instincts and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
