WellCare Insurance Oakville is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Personal and Commercial Lines Producer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and centers of influence
• Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships
• Follow up with leads quickly and consistently
• Quote and sell personal lines and commercial lines insurance
• Review client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Cross-sell and up-sell where suitable
• Work with underwriting partners and insurance company portals
• Service and grow your own book of business
• Provide legendary client service with a focus on long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For

• RIBO or OTL license required
• Strong sales mindset and confidence in creating new business
• Experience in insurance sales and service
• Comfortable networking and building referral relationships
• Ambitious, independent, competitive, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage leads from multiple sources
• Client-focused with a strong commitment to service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Knowledge of Power Broker, Applied Rating, and insurance company portals is an asset
