Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC)

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse caseload of children, adolescents, and adults across a range of diagnoses, including mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and adjustment disorders. You will conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations, formulate DSM-5-based diagnoses, and develop collaborative, measurable treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

As a core member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with psychiatrists, prescribing clinicians, and other mental health professionals to coordinate integrated care, support medication management with psychotherapy, and ensure continuity of services. You will deliver care through a hybrid model, offering both in-office sessions and secure telehealth appointments, using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed approaches, trauma-focused interventions, and other empirically supported treatments.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record; monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed; providing crisis assessment, risk assessment, and safety planning; and offering psychoeducation and support to patients and families. You will participate in regular case consultation, peer review, and team meetings, contributing to a culture of collaboration, ethical practice, and continuous quality improvement.
