We are looking for a Preschool Principal to lead and manage early childhood education operations with a strong emphasis on teaching excellence and child development. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about shaping young minds while also overseeing the smooth functioning of the preschool. As a Principal, you will play a dual role—ensuring high-quality classroom teaching and building an engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment for children.

You will be responsible for guiding teachers, implementing age-appropriate curriculum frameworks, and maintaining academic standards aligned with early learning best practices. At the same time, you will manage day-to-day school operations, parent engagement, and staff development. This is a hands-on leadership role where your teaching expertise will directly influence the quality of education delivered in the classroom.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all preschool operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and child-friendly environment
• Drive high standards of teaching by mentoring educators and actively participating in classroom planning and delivery
• Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Monitor classroom practices to ensure effective learning outcomes and child engagement
• Train and support teachers in modern teaching techniques, classroom management, and student interaction
• Ensure a balance between structured learning and play-based activities for holistic child development
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives
• Maintain discipline, safety protocols, and compliance with educational and operational standards
• Manage admissions, scheduling, and overall school administration
• Continuously improve teaching quality through observations, feedback, and training programs

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in teaching or early childhood education (leadership exposure is a plus)
• Strong passion for teaching and working with young children
• Solid understanding of preschool curriculum, child psychology, and developmental milestones
• Ability to mentor and guide teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Excellent communication skills to interact with parents, staff, and children
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage both academic and operational responsibilities
