The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing marketing initiatives across website operations, content development, social media, and campaign channels. This position bridges strategy development, creative execution, and marketing operations, ensuring that every asset, page, and campaign remains on brand, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.
Requirements
Website Operations & Content Management
- Create, update, and oversee web pages using CMS platforms like WordPress or similar tools.
- Manage the publishing process for landing pages, blogs, and campaign content, ensuring accuracy and uniformity.
- Continuously monitor website user experience, responsiveness, and performance indicators; identify and address issues proactively.
- Design and maintain marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all digital platforms and assets.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Oversee and expand OnIndus's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Reddit.
- Plan and implement the social media content calendar to support both paid and organic campaigns.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics, providing insights to inform content strategies.
- Assist SEO efforts by creating keyword-optimized content and performing on-page optimization.
Marketing Operations & HubSpot
- Carry out campaign workflows, lead management, and list segmentation within HubSpot.
- Assist in campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance analysis for ongoing programs.
- Collaborate with SDR teams to ensure timely follow-ups driven by campaigns.
- Maintain execution trackers, content calendars, and campaign checklists.
Marketing Strategy, Messaging & Content Leadership
- Take ownership of the annual and quarterly marketing plans in alignment with business goals.
- Lead comprehensive campaign planning and execution, from initial concept and messaging to deployment and optimization.
- Ensure campaigns are cohesively integrated across web, social media, content, and demand generation channels.
- Maintain consistency in campaign messaging and narratives across all digital channels.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and ideal customer profile messaging.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for asset creation from start to finish.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as MQLs, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Leverage performance data to inform optimization efforts and highlight areas needing adjustment.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7 to 9 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign execution roles.
- Practical experience using HubSpot for campaign management, workflows, and reporting.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Strong familiarity with Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO best practices, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to brand consistency and design quality across all digital materials.
