Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Rajinder Nagar, Ghaziabad

Salary: Up to 2.4 LPA

Qualification: Graduate

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
• Generate and follow up on leads for business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and client support.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and follow-up targets.
• Prepare quotations and assist in basic sales documentation.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Confident and target-oriented personality.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate with a professional attitude.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
