We’re Hiring: Head of Creative & Strategy / Creative Director

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Creative & Strategy to lead and elevate creative output across all client projects at Waitless. This is a senior role with strong creative ownership, ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking, client leadership, and hands-on creative direction to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
The role focuses on building strong, scalable creative systems that drive both brand impact and marketing performance, with a deep understanding of social-first content, ad creatives, and integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities
1.Define and lead the overall creative vision and campaign strategy across all clients
2.Drive end-to-end campaign execution from insight and concept to final delivery
3.Translate client briefs into strong, platform-native ideas (ads, reels, content, campaigns)
4.Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitches; build strong client relationships
5.Shape brand narratives, messaging, and storytelling across platforms
6.Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including designers, editors, copywriters, and marketers
7.Assign, monitor, and review work to ensure high performance and output quality
8.Collaborate closely with Strategy & Operations, Digital Marketing, and Client Servicing teams
9.Oversee content calendars, production, and campaign rollouts (digital + offline)
10.Maintain high standards of visual quality, storytelling, and brand consistency
11.Review and approve all creatives before client delivery
12.Ensure alignment between creative output and performance goals
13.Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform-specific content styles
14.Identify process improvements, team needs, and scaling opportunities
Qualifications
1.4–8+ years of experience in advertising/creative roles with a strong Art Direction background
2.Proven experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end campaign execution
3.Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, ad creatives, and brand work
4.Solid understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and branding
5.Strong strategic thinking with excellent visual and conceptual skills
6.Experience handling clients, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration
7.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
8.Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
