Role Overview

This is a high-impact, office-based role designed for a technical professional who wants to own the "operational engine" of an architectural lighting manufacturer. You will be the primary Technical Shield for the company, managing the full project lifecycle from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Process Leadership

• Full Project Ownership:

Manage all inbound inquiries from sales reps and designers, owning the workflow for quotations, order processing, and lead-time coordination.

• CRM & Pipeline Strategy:

Maintain a high-integrity CRM and prepare weekly reports to identify bottlenecks in the project flow.

• Operational Scalability:

Identify recurring technical hurdles and agent questions to help develop our automated master FAQ bank and digital product library.

• Technical Gatekeeping:

Review drawings, schedules, and specifications.

• Spec Optimization:

Prepare technical submittals, substitution packages.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Experience:

Direct experience within a lighting manufacturer or high-volume rep agency (essential).

• Technical Literacy:

Strong understanding of integrated LED systems.

• Drawing Proficiency:

Ability to read and interpret RCPs and lighting schedules.

• System Mindset:

Experience not just following rules, but building the systems that make a team more efficient.
