RTR / FP&A / OTC / STS / OMT Analysts

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes in Record to Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Settle (STS), or Order Management (OMT). Your main tasks will include executing month-end closing and reporting activities, preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and analysis with a focus on FP&A, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processes in RTR, FP&A, OTC, STS, or OMT
• Execute month-end closing and reporting activities
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A focus)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications Required

• 1-10 years of relevant experience in RTR / FP&A / OTC / STS / OMT
• Strong hands-on exposure to month-end closing (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
