Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively source new clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals. Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Client Consultation & Pitching: Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand design/construction requirements. Deliver presentations on interior products (e.g., modular kitchens, wardrobes) or construction solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry influencers, including architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare, submit, and present customized sales proposals, quotations, and budgets. Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining company profitability
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the client. Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure the project is delivered as promised.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with regional industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging construction materials.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
