Performance Marketing Manager Junior / Mid · Full-time · Remote (Europe preferred) · €45K–€65K base (OTE up to €78K) About the Company

One of the world's fastest-growing AI platforms — 50 million users in under 2 years, backed by a fully remote team from Tier 1 tech. Our flagship product is a leading AI companionship platform. We're scaling from 50M to 100M users and looking for a sharp performance marketer to help us get there.

The Role

You'll own paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end, reporting directly to the CMO. From day one you'll have real budget ownership, creative input, and the freedom to experiment across channels.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google; test new platforms (Reddit, Snapchat, Quora)
• Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts, briefs, and performance-driven iteration
• Own smaller budgets independently while supporting larger campaigns
• Set up tracking, run A/B tests on landing pages and funnels, and optimize for CAC/ROAS
• Research and launch entirely new advertising channels the team hasn't yet tested

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of hands-on paid social/performance marketing (actively managing campaigns, not just analyzing)
• Proven experience with at least one major platform: Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and turning metrics into action
• Fluent English; minimum 4–5 hours daily overlap with Central European Time (CET)
• Must be comfortable working with a product that includes explicit AI-generated content (non-negotiable)

Nice to Have

• Background at a performance agency or high-growth app company
• Experience with Voluum, GA4, or similar tracking/analytics tools
• Prior work in dating, social, DTC subscriptions, or consumer apps

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: €45,000 – €65,000
• OTE: up to €78,000
• Equity available after 6–12 months based on performance reviews
