▪ Build and install partitions, furring strips, stud framing, and drop ceilings in both new construction and retrofit environments.
▪ Perform rough carpentry including framing, sheathing, and blocking in support of building renovation projects.
▪ Fabricate custom woodwork and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
▪ Conduct routine inspections of doors, windows, hardware, and structural elements; identify and address deficiencies.
▪ Repair or replace damaged drywall, tile, flooring, trim, and other interior finishes.
▪ Maintain and adjust door hardware including hinges, closers, locksets, and weatherstripping.
▪ Respond to work orders and facilities requests in a timely, professional manner. Perform other job duties assigned to support operational needs.

▪ Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, OSHA standards, and facility safety requirements.
▪ Maintain a clean, organized work area; properly store tools, materials, and equipment.
▪ Support coordination with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers on renovation and improvement projects.
▪ Complete documentation for work orders, material usage, and as-completed records.
Required Qualifications
▪ 3–5 years of journeyman-level carpentry or construction maintenance experience.
▪ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment (saws, drills, nail guns, sanders, levels, etc.).
▪ Experience in both rough and finish carpentry including framing, drywall, millwork, and cabinetry.
▪ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and work order specifications.
▪ Working knowledge of applicable building codes, fire egress requirements, and OSHA safety standards.
▪ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel between facility sites as required.
▪ Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work at heights on ladders and scaffold, and perform physically demanding tasks.
