Job Summary

The Apprentice trainee will be responsible for end-to-end training program management, including batch creation, logistics coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The role ensures smooth execution of behavioral and functional training programs while maintaining accurate training data and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Program Setup & Management:
• Create training batches on Disprz and generate registration links for all programs.
• Ensure timely closure of Disprz batches following each training session.
• Upload and push training modules on Disprz twice a week.
• Logistics Coordination (Mumbai-Based Trainings):
• Coordinate seating, lunch, and other logistical arrangements with senior team members.
• Prepare and arrange goodies for induction program attendees.
• Training Data & Documentation:
• Maintain detailed training history records for every session.
• Share training data with BGHR and Locational HR as required.
• Maintain invoice records for all training programs.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and submit monthly training summary reports.
• Compile training feedback and follow up with attendees via email.
• Provide company-wise attendee details to external faculties for invoice processing.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Seek nominee confirmations for behavioral and functional programs through email or phone.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data sharing and follow-ups. Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Effective communication (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
