Voldex is a leading gaming company focused on Roblox, the most exciting ecosystem in gaming today. ROLE OVERVIEW
🏎️ Driving Empire is one of the largest driving games on Roblox, with billions of visits and a passionate global community. We're looking for a 3D Generalist to help shape the world players explore every day—from houses and city environments to props, roads, event spaces, and partnership content.
In this role, you'll create high-quality, performant 3D assets that align with Driving Empire's distinctive visual style while meeting the technical demands of a live Roblox experience. You'll collaborate closely with the Art Lead and game team, bringing creativity, craftsmanship, and optimization expertise to everything you build.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, model, and deliver high-quality 3D models covering areas such as buildings (interior and exterior) and environmental assets, individual items and props, and partnership collaborations
- Follow defined art-production pipelines, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient creation, optimization, and integration of items into the game
- Collaborate closely with the art lead to address artistic challenges, ensuring assets are completed on time, efficiently, and within the defined technical performance budget
- Apply creativity and player insights to asset creation, ensuring each asset aligns with the art lead’s direction and the game team’s goals
- Implement feedback from the art lead to ensure all items meet quality standards, align with the artistic vision, and satisfy technical requirements
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in Roblox, or equivalent freelance/independent game development experience
- Strong Roblox Studio experience with a deep understanding of optimization and performance best practices
- Strong knowledge of mesh topology, efficient asset creation, and optimization techniques
- Portfolio showcasing Roblox environments, buildings, houses, map locations, or similar stylized game worlds
- Ability to adapt to and execute within an established art style
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Passion for cars and car culture!
- Experience working with licensed IPs and established brand guidelines
- Experience building roads, cities, or large-scale environments
