About the Role

Vitable Health is seeking a Clinical Product Manager to own and continuously improve our Patient and Provider Experience. This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, product strategy, and engineering execution. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with the Head of Engineering, the Chief Clinical Officer, and the clinical team to design, build, and scale clinical workflows, care programs, and technology that support our members and providers.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands clinical environments, enjoys translating clinical needs into scalable and efficient product solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced digital health startup.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the end-to-end Patient and Provider Experience, from onboarding through ongoing clinical care
• Lead the implementation and optimization of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Partner with the clinical operations team and clinical providers to identify workflow inefficiencies and translate them into product improvements
• Own a deep understanding of the member and provider experience, by mapping end-to-end journeys, identifying friction points, and translating insights into product and workflow improvements
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, prioritize, and deliver clinical product features and platform enhancements
• Define requirements, write clear product specifications, and support delivery through launch and iteration
• Work cross-functionally to design, launch, and scale new clinical and care programs
• Ensure clinical workflows align with regulatory, quality, and operational standards
• Use data, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve the member and provider experience
• Serve as a key voice for clinical stakeholders within product planning and roadmap discussions

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a medical, clinical, digital health, or clinical product role
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to plan, build, and deliver technology products
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care delivery models, and healthcare operations
• Experience with EHR systems or clinical software implementations (highly preferred)
• Ability to translate complex clinical needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical, technical, and business teams
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes in a growing startup environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in primary care, value-based care, or employer-sponsored healthcare
• Background working with clinicians (MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs) in product or operations roles
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, quality measures, or care coordination models
