The Role

You’ll own end-to-end panel wiring for PLC & CNC control systems. From reading schematics to final testing, you’ll make sure every wire, terminal, and component is done right. Success means zero rework and panels that run flawlessly on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Wire & Assemble: Build PLC and CNC control panels from electrical schematics and GA drawings
• Test & Troubleshoot: Check continuity, I/O testing, and debug wiring issues before dispatch
• Read & Interpret: Work with electrical SLDs, panel layouts, BOMs, and PLC I/O lists
• Ensure Standards: Follow proper ferruling, labeling, dressing, and safety norms for industrial panels
• Coordinate: Work with design and commissioning teams to close any site-level issues fast

What You Bring

• Experience: 4–5+ years in industrial panel wiring, specifically PLC & CNC panels
• Skills: Strong in control wiring, relay logic, VFD/servo wiring, EtherCAT/fieldbus basics
• Tools: Comfortable with crimping, multimeter, megger, and panel tools
• Mindset: Zero-compromise on quality, reads drawings like second nature, takes ownership
