Roles and Responsibilities

• Source profiles through various channels, including social media, job portals, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers using tools like Calendly or ZoomInfo.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or senior recruitment role.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to IT industry.
