Responsibilities

Perform professional facials and customized skincare treatments.
Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
Perform treatments including Hydrafacial®, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, LED light therapy, and other advanced aesthetic services (based on certification and experience).
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and medical-grade skincare products.
Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Assist providers with aesthetic procedures when needed.
Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up care.
Stay current on the latest skincare technologies, products, and treatment protocols.

Qualifications

Active Esthetician License in the State of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain one).
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury spa preferred.
Experience with advanced skincare treatments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Evening and weekend availability is a plus.
