Key Responsibilities

Oversee department staff, including hiring, performance management, and career development

Develop budgets and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Analyze departmental needs and establish priorities for systems design and implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience

15+ years of related IT experience

Previous experience managing staff, including hiring and training

Experience in performance management and workload oversight
