Key Responsibilities

Proven ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations

Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational drivers and financial impact

Experience partnering with senior HR and operational leaders to support strategic planning

Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to extract insights and identify trends
