A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues in a Windows 11 environment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and manage user accounts in Active Directory
Utilize remote support tools and collaborate with Managed Print Services to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in IT support
Proficiency in network printer installation and support
Experience with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting, including VPN access
Ability to document incidents and resolutions within ticketing systems
