Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and identifying sales opportunities
Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
Available for a comprehensive paid training program including licensing and product training
Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
