Product Manager, Formulary Operations

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Formulary Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for business leads and stakeholders

Develop a deep understanding of assigned products to facilitate collaboration and enhancements

Assess business needs for process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmacy benefit management

Experience in guiding and educating associates in lower-level roles

Experience supporting mid-sized to large clients with moderate to high complexity

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools and relevant reporting tools
