A company is looking for a Temporary Operations & Facilities Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational, financial, and facilities support for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Coordinate space rental paperwork and tenant administration, including lease documentation and inspections
Oversee building access and maintenance requests, serving as a liaison with facilities and vendors
Required Qualifications
Experience in administrative, financial, or operations support roles
Familiarity with invoicing, receipting, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a part-time capacity
Comfort working with budgets, receivables, deposits, and financial tracking
Ability to coordinate effectively with legal, facilities, and finance offices
