Job Description

A company is looking for a Sr. Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist, Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Adjudicate claims, investigate, and negotiate settlements while monitoring claim files

Oversee staffing, conduct performance reviews, and coach team members on workflow and processes

Facilitate regular team meetings and analyze performance data to implement necessary changes

Required Qualifications

Education : High school diploma; college degree preferred, with technical designations encouraged (AIC, CPCU)

Experience : 5+ years in adjusting property and casualty claims, with prior supervisory experience preferred

Licensing : Active state-specific Workers Compensation License required or ability to acquire within three months

Knowledge of General and Auto Liability or Workers Compensation coverages and multiple state insurance regulations

Strong grasp of claims principles and practices, with a focus on compliance and client experience
