Required Qualifications :
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools for high-fidelity design solutions
Extensive experience (5+ years) in user experience design, particularly within corporate, software, web, or agency contexts
A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end, user-centered design projects
Experience with user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data
Ability to grow leadership through coaching and mentoring team members
