Job Description

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Commission Analyst responsible for calculating sales commissions and managing compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate calculations of monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments

Investigate and resolve commission inquiries and discrepancies in collaboration with sales personnel

Support management with ad-hoc analyses related to sales performance and incentive outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, mathematics, or related field

4 - 6+ years of experience in commission analysis, financial analysis, or compensation administration

Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex formulas

Experience with sales incentive compensation systems and ERP / CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP

Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
