Senior Learning & Development Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive learning and development programs across business units, including technical and professional development offerings
Partner with leadership to develop and implement a multi-year vision and roadmap for learning initiatives
Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and align learning initiatives with employee experience and culture
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience specifically in learning and development
Experience in modern learning methods and e-learning platforms
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
