A company is looking for a Senior Executive Talent Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Sr. Manager, Executive Recruiter, to align on strategic business objectives and executive talent priorities
Design and implement innovative, multi-channel sourcing approaches to meet leadership hiring goals
Track, measure, and report on recruiting activity to ensure effective use of time and resources
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience directly sourcing executive-level talent (VP+)
Experience in CPG, Digital Gaming, Entertainment, or Technology industries
Deep expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle, including talent mapping and candidate assessment
Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including AI and Boolean search
Ability to develop executive-level presentations showcasing talent insights and market intelligence
