Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced support and act as the primary contact for partners on high-level issue resolution related to digital video
Manage and support partner platforms, configuring video streams and onboarding new products
Collaborate with the digital technology team for bug fixes and feature requests
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience in digital systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based CMS user interfaces
Knowledge of HLS video manifest composition and video signal flow
3+ years of digital experience on a broadcast team is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn various digital systems
