Supporting a cohesive multichannel strategy, the full-time Senior B2B Marketing Analyst will implement digital campaigns and experiential marketing, manage campaign execution, and analyze performance to enhance engagement with Program Administrators and Decision Makers in the Global & Large segment. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for Program Administrators and Decision Makers, representing their needs in campaign development Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive engagement among target audiences Analyze campaign performance and synthesize results into actionable insights and recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, and project management Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing performance data Experience in content development and client communications, preferably with exposure to thought leadership content
