Fractional Chief Compliance Officer

Seeking experienced compliance leaders, the remote contract Fractional Chief Compliance Officer will provide strategic, project-based leadership in compliance, governance, and regulatory initiatives for clients in the alternative investment sector, including hedge funds and private equity firms. Key responsibilities Design and enhance compliance programs tailored for alternative investment firms Advise on SEC regulations, regulatory reporting, and governance best practices Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and support regulatory examinations Required qualifications Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or in a senior compliance leadership role Deep understanding of regulatory requirements within alternative investments Proven track record of building and managing effective compliance programs Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
