Key Responsibilities
Manage and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Oversee user management, including profiles, roles, and permission sets
Implement and maintain workflows, flows, and validation rules
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Experience in configuring Service Cloud and managing user access
Strong data management and reporting skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Experience with Public Sector Solutions is a plus
